Disney on Ice is in Denver again, and I have ticket discount codes and a review for all of you!

Disney on Ice: Worlds of Fantasy opened at the Pepsi Center last night.  Thanks to Feld Entertainment and Mom Central, I was able to take my girls for a special night out to see the show.  With characters from CARS, The Lion King, Tinker Bell Pixie Hollow and The Little Mermaid, along with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy, there was constantly something new on the ice that had my preschooler bouncing in her seat.

The show opens with Mickey and the gang headed to the Worlds of Fantasy when their car breaks down and characters from the movie CARS need to help get it going again.  From there, they travel under the sea to visit with the Little Mermaid, and then off to Africa to see Simba and the the rest of the animals from the Lion King. The entire second half of the show takes place in Pixie Hollow, where we follow the story of Tinker Bell, complete with flying fairies and fairy dust!

The first half of the show is packed full of many different characters in fun and interesting costumes.  The second half features more of the performers’ skating skills.  I enjoyed the second half more, but both parts of the show had my girls (and all the kids around us) on the edge of their seats laughing, clapping and cheering!

Each show ticket includes access to the Disney Princess Pre-Show, starting 1 hour before the show.  Lines were long for this attraction, so if you’d like to check it out, I’d suggest being at the arena right when it opens at 6:30.

Worlds of Fantasy

Worlds of Fantasy will be performing at the Pepsi Center through December  6th, and then at the Denver Coliseum from December 11th through the 13th.  You can purchase 4 tickets for Monday through Friday matinee performances for $44, or save $4 off weekend performances by using the code “MOM” at when you check out online. Just go to Tickethorse to purchase Pepsi Center tickets, or Ticketmaster for Denver Coliseum tickets.

Disclosure: I have an ongoing relationship with Feld Entertainment through the Feld Family Activator program, and I receive performance tickets as compensation for promoting and reviewing Disney on Ice performances.
