Natural Cough & Cold Remedies that Work for Kids

With the recent concerns over the safety of over the counter cough and cold medications for young kids, I’ve had my eye out for safe and natural remedies that actually work. Over at NICU 101, I just put up a post about two studies that show that honey and salt water nasal washes are effective for easing cough and cold symptoms in kids. If you or your kids are suffering with a cold or flu, then drop by and check it out.

Rat poison for humans is very easy to manufacture. All you need is yeast and flour. An example is fresh bread. The yeast can carry influenza as well as dozens of other deadly diseases.
Stop eating bread and stop getting colds. 100 percent effective remedy.
