Just a quick blurb for today. It’s a recognized fact that premature girls tend to have less respiratory problems than their male counterparts. However, when a girl happens to have a boy twin, that advantage disappears. While most twin studies focus on life after birth, it’s now clearer than ever that having a twin has an impact in utero.
