People have no idea what it is to have a preemie. I didn't until we were thrust into a 3 month long journey with our 26.5 weeker. Educating people is really important and I also think that it is important to help those who are in the NICU to know that there are some options.

One thing we found very helpful in helping us to feel kind of normal was the ability to dress this ever so tiny little girl. She looked looked so different then what you expect of a baby. Finding little clothes that really fit her was so nice. We loved dressing her and so did her nurses.

We got so much joy from it that we wanted others to have a choice in some really nice little things for preemies, so AvaBaby's was born. If dressing your preemie is something you would like to do, then please come take a look. www.avababys.com Come and see what we have found for you and maybe you will feel like we did, it was time well spent bonding and healing.
