Have a horrible neighbor you just can’t stand? If so, you can use the Rotten Neighbor website to warn would be home buyers, before they make what could be the biggest mistake of their lives. RottenNeighbor.com allows visitors to browse by address or zip code, to find nightmare neighbors before they buy. Users can log on to post the location of both good and bad neighbors, along with descriptions of their neighbor’s behavior. Other users can then comment, or make a post of their own either disputing or corroborating the claims.
